Great service the only thing I didnt care for was trying to sell me a Uv light for my system. They always try to sell me something like this every time and I just want them to come out and do their maintenance work or whatever they were called out for not to try and sell me something.

I called at 7am on a Sunday and my ac was fixed by 11:30 for a minimal fee. The ac guy was super knowledgeable and very polite. Signed a maintenance program with them because of it

Jose and Craig showed up about 8:30am and didn't leave until nearly 6:00pm. Jose was up in the inferno of an attic all day! Craig dealt with the electrical and disposing of the old unit and setting up the new one. These guys didn't seem to take any breaks or bathroom otherwise I was about to fall out and I was just sitting on the front porch. The house was being repaired and the electricians refused to turned everything on. In spite of that, I had no cold air coming into the house that my new thermostat said 97 degrees inside. Both of these young men are knowledgeable and very hard workers. Hobson is blessed to have them and so was I!

Today we showed up for a possible 45 evaluation on a heat pump system upon arrival the outdoor unit was not running trip lock sensor was red plugged up gauges and even with the system off it was showing close to 600 PSI on the high side and like 200 PSI on the low side indicating a restriction we witnessed it turn on and try to run for exactly one second about 10 different times as I was on the phone with my Superior discussing options the system turned back on and actually ran the head pressure came down just under 400 PSI and the subcool and superheat are ideal everything is running and cooling at this moment no repair was made no additional fee other than the service call we are talking this up to a floating restriction most likely migrated oil from the condensing unit discussed options for rx11 flush and recovery and replacement of all refrigerant with the homeowner however she has chosen not to go this route at this time

for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Both systems have a good Delta. Drains tested clear. She has a two-year-old Lennox, not our install. At The outdoor both capacitors are good. Running amps on both units Good. Refrigerant levels on both units Good. Her new Lennox doesn’t have a hard or soft Start, recommending one. Washed condensers, and both units were running and cooling when I left.

For this job I performed a cooling tune up. The homeowner has the unit replaced by her grandson in law 1 year ago. No issues per owner. I noted that the unit has a outdated disconnect and that the compressor is amping over the LRA rating on the data tag. I recommended a compressor saver kit and a membership for discounts and benefits. The homeowner stated they were not in a financial position to have anything done at the moment. No significant abnormalities were noted during the inspection aside from the two listed. The system was cooling within normal limits. Left the thermostat on 78 cool as found upon entry. Today I returned for recwork of replacing a p&l warranty coil through the manufacturer got the new coil in but the condensate line broke in the wall in the process and I had to install a condensate pump ran line through the attic and tied into a gutter that has a French drain at the bottom of it everything works 8° sub cool 20° Delta thank you for choosing Comfort Experts

Came out for an evaluation on a 3-year-old warranty system unit was not running due to a trip wet switch after testing the drain line there was no clog and after drying off the puck and watching the system run I was able to witness the water not shedding down the evaporator coil as it is designed to do and falling through the center this is a manufacturer's defect and will be covered under p&l warranty there is no charge for this service but we do not have a solid ETA for the coil lead times are backed up from the manufacturer at this time the parts manager will touch base with the customer as soon as we have some information thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Arrived onsite water meter was moving a little when arrived. Investigated the issue found that there is a leak on fill valve for toilet in master bathroom. Wrote some options for customer to get issue taken care of. Will talk to wife and let us know what they decide to go with.

On arrival customer wanted his airflow rebalanced. Let him know we don't specifically do that but he has dampers on each duct and can manipulate air flow this way. Checked out condenser because customer stated it makes a loud noise. Found dual run capicator reading 15 out of 45 on compressor side. Customer was not satisfied with 250 for capicator, will contact Goodman for parts warranty.
